Senior Patent Lawyer

We seek a highly skilled and experienced litigation professional to join our team as a Patent Law Expert.
The role involves:
- Representing clients in complex patent disputes, leveraging extensive knowledge of patent law and procedures.
- Conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, and creating comprehensive legal documents.
- Assisting senior attorneys in litigation preparation, including discovery and trial support, to ensure seamless case management.
- Managing client relationships and communicating case status and strategy in a clear and timely manner.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest patent law developments and procedural rules to provide expert advice.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and other practice groups to deliver exceptional results.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Admission to the Bar and good standing.
- 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation, with a strong track record of success.
- Expertise in patent law and procedures, with a deep understanding of High Court procedures and litigation processes.
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (e.g., master's or PhD) in Engineering or related field.
- Prior experience with patent prosecution, with a proven ability to navigate complex patent applications.
- Experience with technology-related litigation beyond patent matters, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new challenges.
