We are a leading solar cell and module manufacturer, operating advanced facilities with 2 GW cell and 5.1 GW module capacity.

Our Cell Maintenance (Manufacturing) department is based at Fabcity and we are looking for skilled engineers to join us.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly preferred.
  • Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.
  • Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements.
  • Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.
