Job Overview
  • We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to join our team as a Senior Accounting Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial statements.
  • Conduct journal entry calculations and processing, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
  • Perform variance analysis on forecast versus actuals, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain balance sheet analytics and flux analysis, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain data and inputs necessary for the monthly close process.
  • Support ongoing projects focused on process improvement initiatives related to key corporate accounting functions.
  • Research and resolve transactions for proper accounting treatment and coding.
  • Assist with ad hoc accounting projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel, with ability to create complex spreadsheets and reports.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP principles.
  • Experience working with large ERP systems.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in accounting, including experience working in a fast-paced environment.
