About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Planning and Analysis professional to lead our financial planning initiatives. This is a pivotal position for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can drive growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Focus: Develop and execute annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Conduct profitability analyses for various business units to optimize performance.
  • Operational Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy in monthly forecasts and updates in reporting tools. Review budgets vs. actual performance and revise forecasts regularly. Prepare monthly MIS presentation decks for senior management.
  • People Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence by training team members and promoting best practices to increase work efficiency.
  • Governance & Risk: Provide timely, accurate, and transparent financial information to stakeholders. Implement and maintain internal financial controls to identify potential risks.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and commercial finance.
  • CA/MBA qualification required.
  • Proven experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP software and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think laterally, display adaptability to change, and maintain quality while meeting deadlines.
