System Infrastructure Specialist

This role focuses on the design, implementation, and maintenance of system infrastructure across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of IT systems and be able to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently.

  • Key Deliverables:
    • Provide expert-level support to end-users and independently resolve complex system issues.
    • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure across Macbook, Windows, and Linux platforms.
    • Perform change controls, update documentation, and ensure compliance with established service level agreements.
    • Participate in capacity planning, root cause analysis, and 24/7 on-call support.
  • Role Responsibilities:
    • Manage user accounts and system access using Active Directory and related tools.
    • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues effectively.
    • Conduct performance analysis and proactive troubleshooting of systems and services.
    • Support wireless technologies, backup, and recovery processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, network protocols, and security best practices.
  • Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
