Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented engineer to lead the design, coordination, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across various construction and infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities:1. System Design & Coordination:
  • Develop integrated solutions for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Conduct load calculations, pressure drops, power supply sizing, and water demand analysis.
  • Plan space allocation for plant rooms, risers, and service routes.
  • Ensure optimal system sizing and efficient equipment selection.
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to achieve aligned project goals.
  • Resolve inter-disciplinary clashes to ensure seamless integration.

2. Technical Documentation:
  • Prepare and review BOQs, technical specifications, and design documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of design iterations, approvals, and updates.

3. Compliance & Standards:
  • Ensure adherence to applicable codes (e.g., NBC, ISHRAE, ASHRAE, IEC, NFPA, IS codes).
  • Stay updated with evolving regulatory and technical standards.

4. Project Planning & Execution Support:
  • Coordinate deliverables with the overall project schedule.
  • Provide technical support during construction phases, including RFI responses and site meetings.
  • Track progress and ensure timely submission of design packages.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Familiarity with design and simulation tools.
  • Excellent coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.
