Job Summary:

As a Product Specialist in Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing in-depth knowledge of products to support sales, marketing, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and GMP.
  • Prepare product documentation, dossiers, and compliance reports to maintain high-quality products.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality Assurance, R&D, and Sales) to drive business growth.
  • Develop and deliver product training sessions for internal staff and external customers to enhance their understanding of our products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical product support to meet their needs.
  • Collect and analyze customer/market feedback to suggest product improvements and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor products to make informed decisions.
