Job Title: Leadership and Innovation Specialist

The role is with a leading integrated power company in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Break down complex problems into manageable parts and apply relevant techniques to drive desired outcomes.
  • Discuss and utilize various algorithms and approaches daily to achieve business goals.
  • Lead the entire software lifecycle, including hands-on development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation. Agile SCRUM and MLOps experience is highly valued.
  • Develop reusable and scalable assets, as well as accelerators that leverage Machine Learning best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure seamless and effective integration of solutions.
  • Analyze market and industry trends in technology and proactively identify opportunities for proposing innovative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on upcoming ML techniques and best practices, and apply them to drive business value.
  • Responsible for coding, testing, debugging, evaluating solution/technology options (including Cloud), and documenting application development. Migration of current analytics applications & pipelines to Cloud is a future goal.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A graduate degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or a related field, such as Master's in Statistics, Economics, or Business Analytics.

Required Skills and Experience: 8-15 years of experience.

PREFERRED SKILLS: Agile SCRUM and MLOps experience is preferred.
