Job Role:

Junior Influencer Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Junior Influencer Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with influencers across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a comprehensive database of influencers across different categories, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and other social media platforms in India.
  • Nurture existing relationships and establish new ones with influencers.
  • Negotiate commercials with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Presentation-ready campaign reports in Excel and PowerPoint, showcasing key metrics and results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop a database of top influencers across categories in India, leveraging their expertise and reach.
  • Conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation-making abilities.
  • A digital-first approach, with a passion for the internet and digital space.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an agency environment, preferably in influencer marketing.
  • Ability to analyze trends and analytics from data, making informed decisions.
  • Proven problem-solving attitude, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Possess a genuine interest in collaborating with influencers to achieve shared goals.
