Content Development Specialist

  • You possess 2+ years of digital marketing experience.

Job Description

We seek a Digital Content Creator to produce engaging content (copy, images, videos, etc.) that supports our SaaS product marketing and inbound strategy.

The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy, and skilled in using digital channels to drive brand growth and revenue.

Must have knowledge of WordPress & Canva.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clear and concise text explaining complex technology use cases for web, social media, and white papers.
  • Create coherent stories or copy through various formats like blog posts, presentations, and social media.
  • Content creation including web pages, white papers, AD copy, blog posts, images, technical product documentation, videos, and other multimedia for the web, mobile and social media.
  • Design and manage inbound marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the product team to align marketing messaging with the product roadmap.
  • Partner with technical teams to design UX and visual elements.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong English language skills in verbal and written communication.
  • Prior experience in content marketing and content writing for software companies.
  • Experience running and optimizing digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and other channels will be preferred.
  • Understanding of company's online presence, including website updates, SEO efforts, and analytics tracking.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud or any other designing tool.
  • Able to explain technical concepts to end-users, create documents and presentations, and effectively communicate ideas.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Journalism, science, humanities, literature, technology, or marketing.
