">Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Head to lead our quality management initiatives and ensure all products meet stringent quality standards.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance activities, ensuring parts and materials sourced meet required standards and specifications.
  • This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills to identify potential risks to product quality and develop action plans to mitigate those risks.
  • Additionally, the candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements, resolve non-conformities, and monitor supplier performance regularly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards set by key customers in the automotive sector.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) and processes for products supplied to key customers.
  • Oversee regular quality audits, product inspections, and testing protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate root cause analysis for product defects or failures reported by key customers, leading corrective actions and preventive measures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in leadership role handling key customers.
  • ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Six Sigma, or similar quality-related certifications.
  • Deep understanding of automotive industry standards and customer-specific quality requirements.
