Product Strategy & Operations Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to join our Founders Office and support strategic execution across product, clinical insights, and business priorities.

About the Role:
  • Program Tracking: Ensure product deliverables, clinical updates, and business initiatives are progressing on schedule; maintain trackers and report status directly to the founder.
  • Clinical Knowledge Ops: Collect, organize, and integrate clinical findings, publications, and guidelines into structured repositories that support product development.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive competitor analysis (products, GTM, pricing, partnerships) and prepare structured briefs to inform strategy.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Work with tech, clinical, and business teams to unblock bottlenecks and keep execution momentum.
  • Founder Support: Create concise reports, decks, and summaries for internal reviews, investor discussions, or external presentations.

You will work closely with the founder and leadership team on high-priority initiatives, gaining direct exposure to early-stage product and strategy execution. This is an excellent opportunity to learn how a healthcare AI startup operates at the intersection of tech, clinical research, and business.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to structure information clearly and communicate effectively.
  • Proactive ownership mindsetcomfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • Interest in healthcare, AI, or startups.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana) or experience in consulting, research, or product roles.
