About The Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer who combines design craft with strategic product thinking. Youll ensure design contributes not only to usability but also to shaping product direction and vision.

What Youll Do

- Partner with product managers to co-create product roadmaps.
- Translate strategic goals into design initiatives.
- Develop frameworks that balance business impact with user needs.
- Facilitate workshops and design sprints to align teams.
- Deliver designs that are scalable, measurable, and aligned with product vision.
- Mentor designers on product sense and business alignment.

What Were Looking For

- 57 years of product design experience in consumer-facing products.
- Strong product sense with ability to influence strategy through design.
- Experience working at the intersection of design, product, and engineering.
- Portfolio that demonstrates both craft and strategic problem-solving.
- Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills.
