We are seeking a seasoned Executive Support Professional to provide high-level administrative assistance to our senior leadership. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive and organized individual to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage calendars, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings, preparing detailed minutes and tracking action items to drive accountability.
  • Compile and deliver comprehensive management reports by coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain new joiner records and facilitate introductory calls with our MD to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Provide strategic administrative support to the MD and VP, managing complex calendars and high-priority scheduling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an EA to senior leadership in a fast-paced organization.
  • Absolute discretion when handling confidential information.
  • A smart, confident, and approachable personality that commands respect and builds trust across all levels.
  • A strong understanding of organizational dynamics and cross-functional operations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence and build rapport effortlessly.
