Dynamic Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Global Business Services (GBS) function into the next level of digital maturity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, project management, and consulting, with experience in driving cross-functional teams and implementing strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and improve service delivery.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digitalization strategy for GBS, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead projects that leverage emerging technology to streamline processes, improve data analytics, and drive automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions and oversee the deployment of these technologies.
  • Monitor industry trends in digital transformation and assess their potential impact on GBS operations.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for digital programs and ensure continuous improvement and measurable ROI.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or consulting, preferably within a GBS environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and automation tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams during complex projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
