Transform Lives Through Livelihood Development

• We seek a highly skilled professional to lead our livelihood development initiatives, driving impact and scalability across communities.

Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will support project leads/teams in effectively implementing livelihood activities aligned with the project design, activity plan, and quality standards.
• This involves enhancing technical quality through coordination with the Director – Social Additionality, developing implementation plans and budgets, and supporting teams in achieving objectives and targets.
• The role also entails issuing directives and guidelines for timely project activity implementation, identifying operational challenges, and coordinating solutions with the project team and Director – SA.
• Additionally, the ideal candidate will develop knowledge management products showcasing project impact and promote reflective practices to refine strategies and approaches for greater impact and scalability.

Enterprise Development

• The successful candidate will establish women-led Plastic Collection Centers and Collection Points within waste collector communities, launch e-tricycle-based plastic waste collection initiatives for informal collectors, and implement skill training and develop market linkages for decent income opportunities.
• This includes forging partnerships for capacity building, technical and enterprise support, and building strong networks with key stakeholders to support project delivery.
• The ideal candidate will also collaborate with government departments, including state urban/rural livelihood missions, and establish institutional linkages at the district level with banks, incubator/accelerator programs, retail outlets, and e-commerce platforms for financial and marketing support.

Capacity Building

• The successful candidate will organize entrepreneurship awareness and development programs for beneficiaries, coordinate multi-stakeholder workshops on enterprise development, conduct EAPs, EDPs, and mentorship sessions for emerging entrepreneurs, and offer continuous business support and mentorship for women micro-entrepreneurs.
• This includes conducting capacity needs assessments for institutional partners as needed and developing IEC materials, demonstration tools, training modules, and capacity-building resources.

Reporting and Documentation

• The ideal candidate will log KPIs into the PFC platform for monitoring, ensure accurate, timely documentation and data flow through the PFC technology platform, review and update policies and SOPs with required documentation, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports in prescribed formats.
• This includes preparing and submitting financial reports on income and expenditure, maintaining and analyzing all MIS data, providing insights and analysis of project activities to the Director – SA and relevant teams as required, and upholding PFC's policies, SOPs, and protocols across all levels of the organization.

General Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will maintain high standards of professionalism and prioritize tasks effectively, foster collaborative communication with stakeholders, ensure confidentiality and data security at all times, and be open to frequent travel across India, including on short notice, based on project needs.
