Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our risk management strategy, ensuring the organization remains resilient in the face of uncertainty.

This critical role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, measure, monitor, and report risks. The successful candidate will establish and review our Risk and Control Self-Assessment Framework (RCSA) across the organization, while also reviewing risk control matrices on a quarterly basis and engaging with internal auditors on risk-based supervision.

Key responsibilities include approving changes to operational processes from a risk perspective, conducting control testing and thematic reviews to assess process design and control environments, preparing and presenting risk dashboards and heat maps, and assessing non-credit financial risks such as treasury and asset liability management.

A strong communicator and leader, you will maintain open communication channels with stakeholders on risk points and action plans.

Requirements
  • MBA or CA qualification
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the BFSI sector
Essential Skills
  • Deep understanding of loan product workings, loan system workings, and calculations
  • Comfort working in a startup environment, with hands-on problem-solving and strategic thinking
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills to drive thought processes with internal and external clients
