We're seeking a seasoned finance professional to spearhead our financial operations. As a key member of the team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring compliance and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform data-driven decision-making, preparing, monitoring, and reporting on Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in creating financial models to assess business performance and opportunities.
  • Oversee cash flow management to ensure optimal liquidity, prepare budgets, and track performance to maintain financial health.
  • Recommend measures to improve cost-efficiency and financial sustainability.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager on key strategic activities, including fundraising efforts.
  • Prepare financial projections and pitch decks for investors and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and investors.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal controls, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage book-keeping functions.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analytics, MIS, or corporate finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel-based modeling.
