Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Model Designer to lead our vehicle model-building activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering fully finished models for management presentations and effectively communicating with cross-functional teams.

This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex model issues, and excellent knowledge of clay modeling techniques and materials.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams and manage junior designers in clay and other design processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve model issues while maintaining design intent.
  • Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from building armature to final painted/presentable models.
  • Ensure timely delivery of designs as per planned/agreed timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 4-7 years of experience as a Manager in Design & Modeling within an automotive OEM.
  • Experience in two-/three-/four-wheeler modeling and clay model building is an added advantage.
