About this Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.

This individual will work closely with project stakeholders to facilitate communication, track progress, and ensure project deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities, including meetings, resources, and tasks.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Manage project and production for assigned teams.
  • Client relationship management and servicing for assigned jobs.
  • Ensure smooth working relationships with clients.
  • Attend client brief meetings, take approvals, and seek inputs as the single point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Develop detailed project briefings after capturing all requirements from sales teams and clients.
  • Manage CRM and update it accordingly.
  • Invoice on time and realize payments.
  • Develop project implementation and delivery plans in coordination with team leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent client servicing/accounts management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
