Senior Associate: Strategic Initiatives

This role requires individuals who can think critically and strategically, with strong execution skills and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, measurement, and handoff.
  • Analyse performance data and user feedback to inform scale, iteration, or sunset decisions.
  • Develop documentation and frameworks to capture and share learnings within the organisation.
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market needs.
  • Collaborate as a thought partner to leadership, providing structured problem-solving and strategic input.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, product operations, consulting, growth, or program/project management roles.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; proficiency in Excel, basic SQL, or data platforms is an asset.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you enjoy solving open-ended problems and building from scratch.
  • Previous experience in high-growth environments, internal strategy/innovation teams, or startups is preferred.
