Lead Sales Performance Coach

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored sales training programs that cater to the unique needs of our sales team.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and create targeted solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to pinpoint specific areas for improvement and provide effective training interventions.
  • Develop and maintain a training schedule to ensure timely and relevant training for all sales team members.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for both new hires and existing sales team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales training or a sales role with a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Proven experience in assessing training needs and designing effective training programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales managers to drive performance improvements.
