To achieve this, we need a professional with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a related role
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting infrastructure and software systems in a fast-paced environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for all Supply Chain solutions, ensuring continuous system availability and performance
  • Serve as the immediate technical contact for all locations that use Supply Chain systems, handling calls and chats and documenting all interactions in ServiceNow
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues and outages, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators to determine root cause and long-term resolution
  • Manage automation infrastructure for DCs, MDCs, and Ship Hubs to ensure smooth and reliable operations
  • Respond to system alerts and use monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within Supply Chain systems

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar supply chain solutions
  • Basic understanding of supply chain systems and their interaction with broader business processes
  • Solid grasp of SQL/Oracle is a bonus
