Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and internal tools to drive business success
  • Create advanced Gutenberg blocks leveraging hooks, APIs, and custom theme logic to enhance user experience
  • Optimize database queries and code execution to ensure efficient performance and scalability
  • Integrate with REST APIs and support complex integrations/microservices to drive business growth
  • Work daily in Docker/Podman environments (WP-CLI, container operations, Linux commands) to maintain high-quality codebases
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep expertise in PHP and the WordPress ecosystem to deliver custom solutions
  • Strong SQL skills and proven experience optimizing queries for performance to drive business results
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservice integration patterns to drive business growth
  • React experience, especially for Gutenberg block development, to enhance user experience
  • Comfortable with Docker/Podman workflows and Linux environments to maintain high-quality codebases
  • A performance-minded developer with proficiency in profiling, measuring, and optimizing code execution to drive business success
  • MacOS or Linux development environment to ensure efficient performance and scalability
  • Good command of HTML, CSS (SCSS), and JavaScript (ES6) to deliver custom solutions
