We are seeking a skilled Front-End Web Developer to lead our front-end development team.
This challenging opportunity is for a seasoned professional to guide the development of user-centric web applications, collaborating closely with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver modern digital experiences across browsers and devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices.
- Lead the development and maintenance of front-end architecture using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Translate high-fidelity UI/UX designs into functional web components.
- Ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and accessibility (WCAG compliance).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and back-end teams.
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
- Expert-level skills in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors or BEM methodology.
- Familiarity with templating engines or CMS platforms.
