Job Title: SAP Service Management Specialist

Job Description:

SAP Service Management is a comprehensive solution designed to streamline service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Implement and configure the SAP Service Management module in alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Design end-to-end service processes and integrate them across SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Provide support for SAP Service Management-related incidents, enhancements, and upgrades.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Service Management (Customer Service module).
  • Strong knowledge of service order processing, warranties, returns, and repairs.
  • Experience with integration to Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules.
  • Good understanding of service processes in industries like Manufacturing, Automotive, or Utilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
