Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the daily operations of our solid-state battery cell production line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production process to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues related to electrode coating, cell assembly, and sealing processes.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance cell performance, lifespan, and overall production quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solid-state battery production, with a focus on process optimization and quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of electrochemical testing methods and advanced manufacturing techniques such as roll-to-roll processing, laser cutting, and precision handling equipment.
