The Role

Provides technical advice as well as planning, design, implementation, construction, commissioning, project management, and strategy support for all aspects of infrastructure and facilities required for proper operation of data centers and specialized facilities. Identifies and troubleshoots problems related to facilities installation, configuration, operations, or performance while having knowledge of the client's availability and performance requirements. Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel. Requires knowledge of the physical infrastructure and support systems for IT and IT related equipment.

Responsibilities:

• IT Service Delivery Management

• Infrastructure Operations-

• IT Operation management –

• Banking compliance Tech SPEC / VA and CA

• IT operations ,

• Excellent understanding of DR drills

• must be good in excel and MIS reports, governance in IT operations in backup ,

• Security Operations management

• Work with SM team and good understanding of IPC

• ITIL certified.

Who You Are

Skills Requirement:

• Minimum 5 to 8 Years of Work Experience with minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in IT operations.
• Should be able to provide all levels of OS support and off-hours support on a rotating basis.
• Excellent professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with backups, restores and recovery models.
• Practical Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR)
• Experience compliance management / Banking audit support
• Conduct weekly MIS reporting and governance calls, compliance management.

Minimum Education / work experience Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma Engineering
• Ready to provide 24X7 Support
• Good verbal and written communication Skills in English
