As a key member of our IT team, we are seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Associate Director IT.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and maintenance of all hardware and software, as well as monitoring and supporting IT infrastructure in accordance with established strategies.

  • Develop and implement standards for network performance, ensuring they are consistently met through effective monitoring and control.
  • Evaluate business needs and objectives, researching and recommending IT solutions that meet the requirements of our network.
  • Analyze complex business needs presented by users and customers, providing technical guidance and recommendations for resolution.
  • Develop project plans and coordinate implementation with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of process outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures, including those related to architecture, security, disaster recovery, and service provision.

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, CIS, Computer Science or similar field, with 12-15 years of experience managing and directing enterprise IT operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in HIPAA and/or GDPR, and familiarity with clinical imaging data software and hardware systems. Strong leadership skills, ability to provide strategic guidance, and excellent communication skills are essential.
