Business Development Manager KPO

Join Testeem Solutions LTD in our mission to deliver exceptional outsourcing services to the US market. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in generating leads and growing our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a lead generation strategy to identify and qualify potential clients in the US market.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to efficiently promote our services.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of revenue targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop customized solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance and lead generation efforts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the outsourcing industry (KPO/BPO/RPO/IT).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead the marketing department.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Market knowledge about US business houses and CPA firms/CA firms.
