Business Development Manager

At TCP Corps, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our client base in the RPO/BPO/KPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients, aligning with their business objectives.
- Lead contract negotiations and finalize deals to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery teams.
- Provide regular reports on sales pipeline prospects and client interactions to the management team.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance industry visibility and network with potential clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful business development and client acquisition in the RPO/BPO/KPO industry.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing and offshoring dynamics in the recruitment or business process domain.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing business development teams.
