Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business analysis efforts, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:
  1. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
  2. System and Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of systems, processes, and data to propose innovative solutions.
  3. Requirement Elicitation: Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and document business and system requirements.
  4. Documentation: Develop use cases, user stories, process flow diagrams to communicate requirements effectively.
  5. Technical Collaboration: Work with technical teams (developers, architects) to ensure solutions align with best practices.
  6. Impact Analysis: Assess risks and constraints associated with proposed solutions.
  7. Project Coordination: Ensure smooth collaboration between teams, track project progress, manage dependencies, and facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
  8. Project Planning: Assist in project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Actively participate in project meetings.
  9. Requirement Validation: Review requirements to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement enhancements to business processes and systems.
  11. Query Resolution: Promptly resolve queries from stakeholders and technical teams.
  12. Minutes of Meetings (MOM): Document and distribute meeting minutes to keep stakeholders informed.
  13. Mmockups and Prototypes: Create visuals to gather stakeholder feedback on proposed solutions.
  14. ERP Solution Experience: Utilize ERP solutions for analysis and solution proposals.
  15. Client Coordination: Maintain effective communication to meet client requirements and expectations.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Effective communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and other business partners.
  • Business acumen: Understanding of business operations, processes, and systems to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and technologies, such as Agile methodologies, ERD modeling, and business requirement documentation.
