Deputy Manager Project Specialist

This role is focused on delivering high-quality engineering solutions within a project delivery organization. As a Project Manager Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that production, testing, and documentation control are compliant with customer specifications and quality standards.
The successful candidate will have experience in mechanical engineering, HVAC systems, and refrigeration packages. They will be able to design mechanical work for industrial projects, develop cost-saving strategies, and work closely with project managers to deliver scope and improve financials.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical leadership to junior engineers, technicians, and apprentices.
- Collaborating with engineers and supervisors to coordinate structural, controls, and plumbing services.
- Developing and implementing engineering solutions for large construction, fit-out, and expansion projects.
- Ensuring compliance with customer specifications, QA standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in mechanical engineering, HVAC systems, and refrigeration packages.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Windows, MS Projects, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
