Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Procurement Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for handling day-to-day procurement operations processes, including PR to PO conversion, fixed asset creation and capitalization, initiating supplier re-certification, contract drafting, and system updates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement operations and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Procurement Operations Manager will work closely with category managers, accounts payable, vendor risk management office, corporate ethics & compliance teams, information security & privacy, and contingent workforce program team to drive issue resolution and process improvements. This role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Undergraduate degree in any subject area, with a Master's degree being a plus.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of validated experience in procurement operations, with exposure to both product and services procurement in at least two categories.
  • Thorough knowledge of procurement processes is required, along with experience working with P2P tools like Ariba/Coupa and ERP systems like SAP/Oracle.
  • Contract drafting and negotiation experience, as well as collaboration with legal teams and knowledge of legal terms in contracts, are highly desirable.
