Job Title: Industrial Operations Manager

This role focuses on overseeing production activities, ensuring they are aligned with established plans and specifications. Key responsibilities include resource management, production progress monitoring, quality control maintenance, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage resources such as manpower, machinery, materials, and finances to support production needs.
  • Monitor production progress to ensure timely completion of projects and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain high-quality standards by conducting regular inspections and tests.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
  • Optimize inventory levels for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods to prevent production disruptions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in computer software programs like Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of production processes, including welding, assembly, and testing.
