Publisher Yield Manager

As a Publisher Yield Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Publisher Management: Manage publisher profit/loss and revenue streams
  • Communication: Serve as key communicator and liaison with publishers and internal departments
  • Technical Q/A: Ensure ad requests and inventory settings are optimal
  • Publisher Ad Lay-out: Provide ad lay-out recommendations to maximize yield and publisher KPIs
  • Publisher On/Boarding: Work with SSPs to get sites whitelisted and enhance yield
  • Yield Analysis: Monitor yield based on demand source by inventory/product
  • Optimization: Monitor partner and publisher performance to optimize partner set-ups and increase revenue opportunities
  • Ad Operations: Proficient in DFP and SSP system settings to ensure optimal yield set-up
  • Reporting: Publisher weekly KPIs, weekly SSP reporting, block list reporting, and partner billing and reconciliation
  • PMP Management: Work with buyers to create deals and optimize deals for best performance

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Technology, or Business Intelligence
  • 2-3 years of experience in Online Advertising/Web Analytics, including traffic analyst, account management, yield management, campaign management, publisher operations/development, ad operations, or data analytics
  • Experience with DFP ad server, SSP UI/applications, and header bidding ad tech
  • Experience managing teams and relationships
  • BI tools experience (SQL, Visual Tool) a plus
