To develop and implement a comprehensive plan that ensures a work environment aligns with ISO 14001:2015, ABG Environmental Standards, and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and monitor environment-related standard operating procedures (SOPs) and their implementation.
• Implement environmental practices and work plans while adhering to statutory requirements through continuous improvement.
• Execute EHS compliance-related actions within specified timelines for zero non-conformities.
• Guide, audit, and monitor departmental action plans for Environmental Management Programs (EMPs) to achieve ongoing improvement in safety and environmental standards.
• Manage and monitor the annual environmental training calendar.
• Facilitate and execute EHS awareness campaigns and motivational programs to promote a sustainable and safe work culture.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain environment-related parameters within established process limits.
• Implement corrective actions to mitigate environmental abnormalities and ensure adherence to Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• Provide awareness to employees on working in an eco-friendly environment and take corrective actions on environmental parameters.
• Coordinate with concerned departments to conduct regular environment monitoring as per schedule.
• Ensure all compliances are up-to-date and liaise with pollution control board officials.

• Experience in developing and implementing environmental management systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to prepare and monitor environment-related SOPs and their implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with various departments.
