  • 2–6 years of experience as a Data Scientist / ML Engineer, preferably in a startup or product environment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python; comfort with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with data pipelines and storage (SQL, NoSQL, or vector databases) to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms) to streamline the development process.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to turn data into insights and insights into business decisions.
