About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Production Coordinator to oversee operational excellence and efficient production planning.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless production and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute production plans, scheduling, and monitoring to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Create and review production documents for new products in line with quality guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead quality assessments and address customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Train production personnel to foster a disciplined and safe working environment.
  • Manage the entire production cycle, including resource allocation, productivity, and cost control.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, quality control, and procurement teams for efficient workflow.
  • Communicate with external vendors and manage outsourced production for timely delivery.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory of raw materials and manage stock procurement.
  • Analyze production reports, cycle times, and capacity utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain operational harmony on the production floor.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of core production experience in leather accessories within an export house environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; graduates from premier institutions preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and people-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing fabrics, trims, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Punctuality, dedication, and a proactive approach to challenges.
