**Plant Maintenance Specialist**We are seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant facilities.About the Role:

The Plant Maintenance Specialist will work closely with our operations team to identify and address any maintenance issues that may impact plant performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  • Coordinating with suppliers to source replacement parts and equipment
  • Conducting routine inspections to ensure all plant equipment is in good working order
  • Developing and implementing maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborating with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to analyze complex problems. Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in plant maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
