Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Expert to join our team. As an essential part of our customer support structure, you will be the first point of contact for customers with vehicle-related issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers reporting problems with their vehicles, including mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues.
  • Collaborate with service centers, mechanics, and technical teams to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Raise and track warranty claims, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Offer initial troubleshooting guidance based on customer feedback and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain records of interactions, complaints, and solutions using CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: A minimum graduate degree in any stream is preferred; candidates with an automotive or technical background have a distinct advantage.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer support, automotive services, or warranty handling is highly desirable.
  • Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory; proficiency in other regional languages is an added benefit.
  • Technical Knowledge: A basic understanding of vehicle systems or prior experience in an auto-related role is advantageous.
