Job Summary
  • Partner with clients and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management:
  • • Prepare bank reconciliation statements and maintain accurate financial logs.
  • • Develop monthly financial reports for hedge funds, including Net Asset Value determination and statement preparation.
  • • Accrue income and expenses in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
  • • Process capital activities, including calls, distributions, transfers, rollups, capital commitments, and calls.
  • • Derive pricing for portfolio investments and update status reports.
  • Cash Management:
  • • Manage daily cash flow of trades and monitor fund cash flows.
  • • Process incoming and outgoing cash movements related to capital activity.
  • Reporting:
  • • Prepare bespoke reports to address client requests.
  • Investor Services:
  • • Create and maintain investor information, including payment models and contacts.

Ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
