Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Academic Coordinator to oversee day-to-day academic operations, ensure effective utilisation of teaching resources, and plan academic activities that engage students and support their development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct teacher training and workshops to enhance instructional skills
  • Evaluate assessment systems to ensure data-driven decision making
  • Coordinate events and field trips that promote social-emotional growth and cognitive development
  • Foster parent-teacher partnerships and address queries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with special needs departments to implement inclusive practices
  • Lead student workshops, assemblies, and co-curricular activities that promote creativity and critical thinking
  • Maintain discipline and ensure smooth academic operations
  • Prepare reports and facilitate communication between staff and management
Qualifications and Experience
  • Postgraduate degree with B.Ed.; CIDTT preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of teaching and academic coordination experience
  • Experience with ICSE/CBSE/IGCSE curriculum
  • Strong knowledge of educational processes and methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant education tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to lead teams effectively

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience conducting co-curricular or sports activities
  • Postgraduate degree in Education/Educational Management
  • Senior coordinator/supervisory role experience
