Cloud engineering is a dynamic field that requires professionals who can design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native solutions.

Your role as a Cloud Engineer (Features) – Developer involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready software that meets client requirements and industry standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Python programming language.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI for efficient automation and deployment.
  • Work with Docker for containerization and deployment of applications.
  • Manage and optimize relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement infrastructure as code for streamlined management.
  • Build and consume APIs, including GraphQL (preferred), for seamless data exchange.
  • Use frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Graphene, and SQLAlchemy for efficient development.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices in version control using Git.
  • Operate in Unix-based environments and write Bash scripts for automation.
  • Work on AWS cloud infrastructure and services for secure and reliable deployment.

Your Profile

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in backend software development with strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Git, GitLab CI, Docker, and Bash for efficient automation and deployment.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB for database management and optimization.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and libraries like Graphene (preferred) for API development.
  • Solid understanding of AWS services and infrastructure as code for secure and reliable deployment.
  • Experience working in agile teams and client-facing environments for effective collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset for adapting to changing project requirements.
