Job Overview:

The Deputy Director plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives across multiple institutions, working closely with the Chairperson/CEO to ensure seamless execution.

This position requires exceptional analytical abilities, leadership skills, and technological proficiency to support the Chairperson's office in managing multiple educational institutions including universities, business schools, and K-12 schools.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering
  • MBA from a prestigious institution
  • 8-12 years of total experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role

  • Age: 30-40 years
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership presence
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Thinking with attention to detail
  • Self-driven with exceptional organizational abilities
