As an integral part of our team, you'll play a key role in supporting our Project Managers with day-to-day operations and coordination across multiple digital projects — not limited to custom systems, SharePoint sites and Sitefinity projects. This is a fast-paced role suited for someone organized, tech-aware, and comfortable managing communications between clients, developers, designers, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Singapore-based Project Managers in managing timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination for various web and software projects.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams including developers, designers, and business analysts.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and designers to ensure project milestones are met on time and according to quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, guides, and simple client-facing materials.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for clients when Project Managers are in meetings or on leave — clear and professional English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are carried out effectively and meet client expectations.
  • Regularly provide status updates to the Project Managers and flag any issues or delays promptly.

Key Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of project coordination or management experience, preferably in a digital agency or web-related environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on clear and professional written English.
  • Ability to prepare user-friendly documentation and guides for clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in different locations.
  • Basic understanding of web development processes and terminology is a plus.
