Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a driven and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in generalist or HRBP support roles, with exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

In this role, you will support business teams by executing core HR processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to a positive and high-performing work environment.

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for:

  • Aligning HR practices with operational needs, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.
  • Assisting managers with the performance management cycle, ensuring timely feedback, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Maintaining HR dashboards and using data insights to monitor key people metrics like attrition, engagement, and productivity.
  • Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and activities that foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborating with the central HR team on key projects including compliance, audits, learning, and talent reviews.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • ~3-7 years of experience in a generalist or HRBP support role with exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • ~ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute).
  • ~ Experience in managing employee relations, inductions, and supporting performance processes.
  • ~ Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards is preferred.
