Quality Improvement Specialist – Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in healthcare quality standards, process improvement methodologies, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving continuous quality improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing best practices across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems aligned with industry standards.
- Lead audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce variability, and improve patient outcomes.
- Analyze quality metrics and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
- Design and deliver training programs for staff on quality tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools, including RCA, FMEA, Pareto analysis, and control charts.
