Job Title: Business Development Executive

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of our CRM products and solutions.

The successful candidate will have expertise in CRM sales and will be able to identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.
  • Promote and sell CRM products to potential clients in Jaipur and other regions.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable CRM solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting, pitching, and product demos to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in CRM sales / Software sales / B2B product sales.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Result-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
