Job Overview

Cashmere Group is a leading organization in the industry, known for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Our Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, and driving sales growth in the assigned market segment.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing deals and achieving revenue goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
  • Presentations and Negotiations: Conduct product presentations and negotiations with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, lead progress, and market trends. Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and pipeline management.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience and long-term partnership.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in tele-sales, telemarketing, or customer service, particularly in dealing with international clients.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Target-Driven: Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships over the phone.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
